I’m a people-first operations leader with nearly two decades of experience helping creative and healthcare brands find clarity in complexity. Over the past 15 years, I’ve partnered with global organizations like Pfizer, Genentech, Merck, Gilead, Janssen, and Bayer to bring structure to creativity and purpose to process.
My background spans production, program management, and client leadership, giving me a 360° view of how great work happens (and what gets in its way). I build systems that empower teams, protect creative energy, and bring confidence back to the way work gets done.

Before moving into operations, I studied theatrical and technical management, which taught me how to harmonize precision and artistry—skills that now shape how I help teams perform their best, both behind the curtain and center stage.
