I’m a people-first operations leader with over fifteen years experience helping creative and healthcare brands find clarity in complex environments. I have partnered with global teams within Omnicom, WPP, and Publicis working on clients such as Diageo, McDonald’s, Pfizer, Genentech, and Merck to bring structure to creativity and purpose to process.

My experience in creative production, program management, and client leadership give me a 360° view of how great work happens, and what gets in its way. 

Grounded in both strategy and empathy, I’m driven to shift the narrative in marketing that says we need to pull all-nighters and be “always on” to keep clients happy through healthier ways of working. An agency where people feel supported and empowered to have a life beyond work is one where creativity thrives, and where the work produced will leave clients feeling confident enough to expand and extend contracts year over year.

Before moving into operations, I studied theatrical and technical management, which taught me how to harmonize precision and artistry—skills that now shape how I help teams perform their best, both behind the scenes and to a live audience.
